Job Profile:

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Academic Background:
   • MBA (Finance), M.Com, LL.B, CA Finalist, CMA, or a qualification in Company Secretarial Practice preferred.
2. Work Experience:
   • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in a company secretarial role.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of corporate law and secretarial practices.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented professional with excellent drafting skills.

Tenure, Age, and Salary:

• Tenure: Initial contract for three years, extendable based on performance and requirements.
• Age Limit: Maximum age of 45 years as of the closing date of the advertisement.
