Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must meet the Pakistan Nursing Council (PN&MC) eligibility criteria.
- Relevant academic qualifications and professional experience are required for each position.

- Submit the completed form along with:
- A detailed CV.
- Four passport-sized photographs.
- Two sets of attested copies of academic achievements, requisite experience certificates, and other relevant documents.
- A non-refundable pay order/demand draft of Rs. 1000 in favor of Foundation University Islamabad.
- Government or semi-government employees must apply through proper channels and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
