Director ORIC (Office of Research Innovation & Commercialization):
The ideal candidate should hold a Ph.D. in Social Sciences, Humanities, Management Sciences, or Computer Science, with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience. Applicants must demonstrate expertise in managing research activities, collaborating with industry, and implementing commercialization strategies. They should possess strong ties with donor agencies, think tanks, international universities, and industry leaders. The candidate must also have experience in leading non-profit organizations, developing policies, and promoting innovative research.

Manager Innovation and Commercialization (I&C):
Candidates for this role should have a Master’s degree with 3–4 years of relevant experience. They must be adept at drafting intellectual property policies, managing IP licensing, negotiating research contracts, and fostering relationships with industry and academic stakeholders. The role also involves initiating revenue-generating activities and organizing innovation-focused programs.
