A public sector organization is seeking a Legal Advisor/Consultant on a contract basis for an initial period of three years, extendable based on performance. The position is based in Islamabad and offers a market-competitive salary (lump sum). The ideal candidate must hold an LLB degree from a recognized institution, with preference given to foreign-qualified individuals or those with an LLM degree and a valid license from the Supreme Court of Pakistan. Applicants must have at least 15 years of post-qualification experience in legal practice, including expertise in energy utilities law, construction law, environmental law, arbitration, procurement law, corporate law, and drafting MOUs and agreements. Strong legal and legislative drafting skills are essential. Candidates must be enrolled with the Pakistan Bar Council as a practicing lawyer.
