Army Public School and College Chaklala Garrison Rawalpindi invites applications for the position of Principal. The ideal candidate should be a highly qualified, dynamic, and experienced educational leader with strong administrative skills. Applicants must hold a PhD, M.Phil, MA, MSc, or MS from an HEC-recognized institution and be 50 years of age or younger as of 1 September 2025.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience as a Principal or Vice Principal of a reputable school/college and 10–15 years of teaching experience. Preference will be given to individuals with experience in Human Resource Management (HRM), curriculum development, and proven leadership in academic and extracurricular domains. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience in participating in conferences at the national/international level will be an added advantage.
