The Health and Population Department, Government of Punjab, is inviting applications from qualified and experienced individuals for hiring on a contract basis under the National Health Support Program (NHSP). This program operates through the World Bank-funded initiative under the ADP Development Scheme. The following positions are open:

Procurement Specialist (PPS-9)
- Qualification: A master’s degree in MBA (Procurement/Supply Chain), Engineering, or Business Administration from a top-ranked university (16 years of education). Additional certifications like MCIPS, CPPM, PMP, or CSCP are preferred.
- Experience: At least 8 years of hands-on experience in procurement of goods and services, public procurement laws, contract drafting, and management.
- Skills: Knowledge of international/national public procurement practices and experience in health-related projects.

Financial Management Specialist (PPS-10)
- Qualification: A degree in Finance/Accounting (ACCA, ACMA, ACA, CFA) or a master’s in Finance/MBA (Finance/Banking). Preference will be given to candidates with public sector experience.
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years of verifiable experience in public sector accounting and financial management, with knowledge of IFMIS, PEFA, fiduciary requirements, and the World Bank’s financial reporting mechanisms.
- Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of financial management in large-scale public health projects and reporting to international institutions.
